Wondering where your kiddo’s glasses are? Here’s everything you need to know.
How long will it take to get my order?
We know you're excited to get your child’s new glasses—and we're just as excited to get them to you!
Here’s a quick breakdown of delivery times for U.S. customers:
· Non-prescription glasses or sunglasses:
• Arrive in about 5-10 business days
· Prescription glasses:
• Usually take 11–14 business days
• Why longer? Because we double-check everything to make sure the lenses are made just right, especially for your child’s eyes.
⏳ Please note: If your item is on backorder or doesn’t pass our quality check, it might take a little longer. But don’t worry—we’ll contact you right away if there’s any delay.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on most U.S. orders over $69.
A few exceptions:
• International orders
• Some exchange shipments
(We’ll always let you know at checkout if shipping fees apply.)
How will I know if something’s on backorder?
If one of your items is temporarily out of stock:
• We’ll send you an email
• Our customer care team may also call you to help decide how you'd like to move forward—wait for it, swap it, or cancel it. Easy!
What if my order never shows up?
Oh no! That’s rare, but just in case:
• You have 30 days from the date we send your shipping confirmation email to let us know if your package hasn’t arrived.
• If we don’t hear from you within that time, we may not be able to replace it.
So be sure to keep an eye on your inbox, and reach out if something seems off.
