1.Returns & Exchanges Made Simple
Not quite the perfect fit? We’ve got you covered.
At Eyebuddykids, we know how important it is for your child to feel good in their glasses—whether it’s for learning, playing, or just being their awesome little selves. If something’s off (maybe the color’s not quite right, or the size feels a bit snug), don’t worry—we’ll help you fix it!
Here’s a simple breakdown of how our return and exchange process works
You’ve Got 30 Days
Changed your mind? Glasses didn’t quite work out? No problem!
You can return or exchange your child’s eyeglasses or sunglasses within 30 days of getting your order—for any reason. Really.
What’s Included
We accept returns and exchanges for:
• Eyeglasses (with or without prescription)
• Sunglasses (with or without prescription)
You can:
• Get a refund to your original payment method
• Exchange for another pair
• Choose store credit for later
Just a heads-up: each item can only be returned once—so try to decide if it’s a refund or an exchange when you contact us!
What About Return Shipping?
Here’s how it works:
• If you're in the continental U.S. and want to exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping with a prepaid label.
• If you're getting a refund, and you use our prepaid return label, we’ll deduct $9 from your refund.
• If you’re in Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or outside the U.S.—you’ll need to cover the return shipping on your end.
Return Rules (a.k.a. The Not-So-Fine Print)
• Keep the original packaging—we need it back with your return
• Each pair of glasses can only be returned once
• Custom or made-to-order frames (like Savile Row) can’t be returned unless there’s a defect
Want to Exchange for a New Pair?
You totally can! If your child’s glasses just weren’t quite right:
• If the new pair costs more, you’ll just pay the difference
• If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference or give you store credit
• Or, just choose store credit right away if you’re still deciding!
Got the Wrong Prescription?
Yikes! If the lenses don’t match what your child needs:
• Let us know within 30 days
• We’ll send you a free return label
• We’ll either:
• Replace the lenses (same lens type & options) at no cost, or
• Give you store credit
Please don’t try to adjust or fix the glasses yourself—that could void the warranty.
Order Arrived Damaged or Incorrect?
That’s on us—and we’ll fix it.
• Email us within 30 days
• We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit
• Just make sure the glasses are returned in their original condition
⚠️ Don’t try to repair them with glue or tape—it makes it harder for us to help and voids the warranty.
Our 1-Year Warranty
We stand behind our products. If there’s a manufacturer defect (like loose hinges, peeling coatings, or faulty parts), we’ll repair or replace your child’s glasses for free, as long as:
• It’s within 1 year of when you received them
• The damage wasn’t caused by rough handling or storage
✅ What’s Covered
• Lens coating peeling
• Lenses cracking (not dropped or crushed)
• Broken nose pads, hinges, or logos
• Frame discoloration caused by materials
❌ Not Covered
• Damage from accidents or misuse
• Exposure to heat or water
• DIY fixes (glue, bending, etc.)
• Using tissues, shirts, or paper towels to clean lenses
Replacements must be the same frame/lens type, and warranty claims are for repair or replacement only (not refunds).

2.Refund Policy
We keep things simple and parent-friendly.
Here’s everything you need to know if you ever need a refund.
How Refunds Work
• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to make sure it’s in original condition (unused and with the original packaging).
• You’ll get an email confirming that we’ve received your return and updating you on the refund status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
• Please note: Banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to complete the transaction.
• The refund will go back to the original payment method you used at checkout.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
When Refunds Aren’t Available
• Glasses with custom lenses (prescription or non-prescription) are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.
