Kids grow, kids play, and sometimes the first pair just isn't the one. If your child's glasses don't fit right within 30 days, we'll swap them for a better size or refund you — whichever makes your little one happiest.

Pack it up
Pop the frames back in their case with the cleaning cloth.

We'll send a prepaid label. Drop it off and you're done.

The details
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Frames should be in original condition with the case and cloth included.
- Prescription lenses can be remade if the fit or Rx isn't right.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
