Look inside the temple arm (the part that goes over the ear) for a set of numbers like this:

How to Measure

Find the numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm (the part that hooks over the ear).

The first number is the lens width — this is the most important measurement for fit.

Match that number to the size chart above to find the right age range and frame size.

No current frames? Use a soft ruler to measure the width of one eye from corner to corner in millimeters. That gives you a close estimate of the lens width you need.
