Kids are hard on glasses — so here's exactly what we cover, in plain language.

1. Lens accuracy — 30-day promise

• If your prescription lenses don't match your Rx exactly, tell us within 30 days of receiving them and we'll remake them free.
• If your eye doctor changes the prescription within those first 30 days, we'll make new lenses at no cost.
• If the change happens between 31 and 90 days, new lenses are half price.

2. One-year warranty on frames & lenses

• Covered: factory defects — a peeling lens coating, a broken nose pad, and similar manufacturing faults. We'll repair or replace them free within 1 year of delivery.
• Not covered: damage from rough use, water, or hard play, and parts that have naturally worn out.
• Please don't attempt a DIY repair — even a small amount of glue can void the warranty.
