Shipping within the United States costs $6.95, and is free on orders of $69 or more. Standard delivery is 10–15 business days. We also ship to 27 countries outside the US, with rates calculated at checkout.

The $69 threshold is applied to the order total at checkout. There is no minimum order value, and no handling or service fee is added on top of the rate shown.
Why prescription glasses take longer than a t-shirt
Every prescription pair is made to your child's exact prescription after you order — the lenses are cut, edged and fitted to the frame you chose. Frame-only orders and accessories are not made to order, but they ship on the same schedule.
If you need a pair by a specific date — the first day of school, a trip — email hi@eyebuddykids.com before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
International
We ship to 27 countries outside the United States via USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on destination and are shown before you pay.
Countries we currently ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are not included in the price shown at checkout. The recipient is responsible for them where they apply.
Tracking your order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves us. If your tracking has not moved for more than five business days, email hi@eyebuddykids.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you.

Email hi@eyebuddykids.com with your order number. If tracking has not updated in more than five business days we will open a case with the carrier.
