(Easy-peasy for kids and grown-ups!)

1. Lens Accuracy — 30-Day Promise

•  We want your glasses to be perfect! If your prescription lenses don’t match exactly, just tell us within 30 days of getting them, and we’ll make brand-new ones for free.
•  If your eye doctor changes your prescription within those 30 days, we’ll make new lenses for no cost. If the change happens between 31 and 90 days, they’ll be half-price.

2. One-Year Warranty for Frames & Lenses

· If there’s a factory defect—like a peeling lens coating or a broken nose pad—don’t worry! We’ll repair or replace it for free, as long as it’s within 1 year of receiving it.

· But, if the damage was caused by rough use, getting too wet, or playing too hard, that doesn’t count. We can’t fix naturally worn-out parts.

· Important: Please don’t try to fix it yourself—even a little glue can make the warranty void.
